Tiffany Studios New York Favrile Glass Centerpiece

This Tiffany Studios New York centerpiece, features deep-blue green iridescent Favrile glass, decorated with a iridescent green leaf and vine decoration. The charming piece features only the brightest coloration of turquoise blue imbued with incredible iridescence and bright, lily-pad green, replete with similar sheen. The shallow dish mimics the appearance of a deep, swirling pool upon which accented lily-pads float, while the center features a lovely openwork motif that resembles the outline of a flower. The centerpiece has a removable "frog" to hold cut flowers.

The idea of creating a flower holder that mimics the appearance of a pond is a clever one, if not literally, then figuratively, you will be placing your flowers "in water," as is customary.
