Created in the 1950s by Gazdar, Mumbai, these clip earrings are set with emeralds and diamond mounted in platinum. They are designed as a flowers on leafy diamond baguette stems, the petals set with round-cut diamonds centering emerald-cut emeralds, approximate total emerald weight 2.50 carats. Compact and naturalistic, these sparkling emerald blossoms are packed with charm and vibrant color.

Gazdar was founded by two brothers in 1933 at the Bombay Palace in Mumbai and remains a private family firm under their partners, the Gandhis. Working in a fusion of the Eastern and European design traditions, Gazdar recruited artisans from both Austria and Singapore in its early days. The company has attracted the patronage of many of the royal houses of India, including the Nizam of Hyderabad and the Maharajah of Patiala, as well as foreign monarchs such as the Windsors and the royal families of Qatar, Bahrain and Thailand.
