Raymond Subes Pair of Polished Bronze and Leather Benches

$35,000

A pair of French Art Deco benches by Raymond Subes. This pair of Art Deco benches are an architecturally designed wonder in refined form. With stepped plinth supports, the robust but tapered leg incorporates a rounded quality to a steeply geometric outline, similar to how the rounded nature of the seat softens its strict lines. Originally created for the Credit Foncier de France in Paris these benches are made of polished iron metal , their seats reupholstered in leather.
