This three-dimensional Art Nouveau games table, by Louis Majorelle, features a dynamic inlaid fruitwood marquetry top, paired with subtly carved legs and skirt. The table top, and the paneled front drawer, share a remarkable composition of the inlaid marquetry, featuring a sparsely-arranged variety of intriguingly unusual flowers and blooms. Front and center on the top of this French walnut table is an inlaid bordered checkerboard, while the legs are crawling with beautiful three-dimensional vegetal sculpture.
