Van Cleef & Arpels Heart Shaped Diamond Flower Ring
Created in the 1990s, this ring by Van Cleef & Arpels is composed of heart-shaped diamonds and 18K gold. It is designed as two off-set four-petal flower blossoms composed of heart-shaped diamonds, completed by a slender, curving, reverse-tapering band set with single-cut diamonds. This delicate ring of sparkling diamond blossoms sits lightly encircling the finger like a graceful flowering diamond vine.

In the 1990s and 2000s, Van Cleef & Arpels jewelry returned to reference designs from their founding, drawing from the 1910s and 1920s. Flowers and birds, designs developed with incredibly creativity by René Sim Lecaze during that time, remain the firm's emblematic motifs in this new century. This ring is among the earliest of these graceful new ethereal and dreamy flower forms.
