Tiffany Studios New York "Twelve Light Lily" Table Lamp
This Tiffany Studios New York glass and bronze "Twelve-Light Lily" table lamp, featuring twelve golden iridescent Favrile glass "Lily" shades on individual bronze stems extending upwards, then outwards, from an intricately sculpted and detailed bronze "Lily Pad" base. With fewer shades than some of its counterpoints, this "Lily" lamp allows each shade the space to create a warm and alluring halo of light. The spacing of the lily shades is such that the blooms appear to be dancing around their elegantly bunched stalks, like gleaming children twirling around a steadfast may pole.
