Louis Majorelle "Aux Algues" Walnut Desk

The "Aux Algues" writing desk in walnut by Louis Majorelle, executed in elegant, carved walnut, aptly features refined motifs of swirling sea plants on the upper junctures of the legs and on the arresting gilt bronze handles. The piece includes four drawers with rounded, stylized shapes, two larger and two smaller, each adorned with a smiling, upturned handle and will arrive complete with a central locking escutcheon with two period keys.
