Janca Turquoise and Ruby Gold Fan Brooch

Dating from the 1940s, this gold brooch is set with turquoise cabochons, rubies, and diamonds. Designer as a stylized fan, the ribbed gold rays, radiating from a curving motif outline in cabochon turquoise, are interspersed with alternating rubies and round brilliant-cut diamonds. Expressive and light-hearted, this vividly colored brooch exudes Retro style and exuberance.
