Dating from the 1910, this antique platinum-topped gold bangle bracelet is set with a sapphire and diamonds. Designed as a hinged form, the bangle centers an oval-cut sapphire, weighing approximately 0.70 carat, and framed by old mine-cut diamonds, further enhanced by flanking lines of diamonds set in platinum-topped 14K gold. This elegant bangle, with its rich simplicity, is easily paired with other gemmy colored stone or diamond bangles, or stands alone with its bright blue sapphire and sparkling diamonds set off by the platinum patina.
