Kohn Lapis and Diamond Jardinière Brooch
This graphic and unusual Art Deco jardinière brooch by Kohn features a shallow lapis lazuli bowl with scrolling red and black enamel handles over-spilling with diamond blossoms and leaves. A favorite European form, revived by Cartier and re-interpreted here by an American designer, this highly stylized brooch offers an eye-catching pop of color, combined with strong Art Deco design.
