Retro Gold, Ruby and Diamond Clip Brooch by Chaumet

An 18 karat gold, platinum, ruby and diamond clip brooch by Chaumet. The abstract floral bouquet is composed of thirteen folded discs, centering 6 triangle-shaped rubies and 5 triangle-shaped platinum plaques set with single-cut diamonds, and is completed by polished gold stems, cinched by two stylized ribbons set with 6 diamonds and 7 rubies, signed “Chaumet, Paris”, maker's mark slightly obscured, French assay marks. Their are approximately .80 carat of rubies and .40 carat of diamonds.
